Griffith Street
Griffith Street is a bustling community with plenty to see and do. Though not as expansive in lush parks as a more suburban area might be, Griffith Street lays claim to a nice area known as Pershing Field Park. This park, lined with gorgeous trees and expert landscaping, has many walkways and paths for you and your pooch to hike around and burn off some excess energy. After all, an exercised pup is a happy pup! With so many different trails to choose from, you’re guaranteed to always find something new. Your dog will never want to go home again!

Lincoln Park
Lincoln Park is a gorgeous area and a wonderful neighborhood that derives its name from the park it houses. Lincoln Park, a park located toward the northern end of the neighborhood, is a gorgeous expanse of grass, trees, lakes, and hiking trails as far as the eye can see. There are paved walkways, dirt trails through the wilderness, and even rivers to splash around in on those hotter days. The park is unmatched in how much there is to do, and your dog will never be bored as a result.

Lafayette
Lafayette is a beautiful neighborhood tucked right in the heart of Jersey City. Lafayette Park, named after the neighborhood, is a beautiful area with a small pond and many different trails for an immersive experience. To the west is Berry Lane Park, which features open fields for runners, and plenty of room for your dog to play. The real experience, however, is Liberty State Park, located just south, and featuring open grassland, forest, and even a gorgeous reef overlooking the ocean. As always, be sure to keep your dog properly leashed while you’re enjoying the great outdoors!

Bayside Park
Bayside Park is a lovely community full of activity and packed with friendly individuals. It features a beautiful park at the southern end of the neighborhood, also dubbed Bayside Park. This park is right by the Light Rail Station and comes complete with grassy, open fields for your pooch to get all that extra energy out. There’s a paved walkway if you just want to stroll and enjoy the scenery, as well as rest areas to sit and take a quick break before you head home. Your dog will just be begging to come again and again!
Greenville
Greenville is a nice place and outgoing neighborhood. Packed full of new faces to meet, your dog will have no shortage of chances to socialize and make friends. The neighborhood comes complete with two parks to suit whatever needs you or your dog might have. Columbia Park features a grassy stretch of open field for your favorite four legged friend to run and play. Over at Mercer Park, there’s a paved walkway for those who want a comfortable stroll dotted trees to allow for shade and rest. Whatever park you choose, you’re sure to have a paw-tastic experience!
