About six miles from downtown, you'll find Hidden Trails Campground nestled in the woods on Allen Road. This facility has tent sites and full hookups for RVs. The property offers a serene setting where you and your fur-baby can relax. Spend your day exploring the trails before sitting around the campfire. Pets can come with you when you stay here. Keep them under control and collect any droppings that they leave.36

This facility includes a walking and fitness trail loop, ball fields, and some open space. Take a jog around the pathway or play catch in the grass with your special pal. Have Spot in control with a leash during your visit. Carry waste collection bags with you -- the park doesn't provide them.24

Learn about some of this area's rich history at the Pike Museum on South Market Street. You can also walk along the Ohio-Erie Canal Historic Trail. This pathway follows the remnants of the old waterway. Stroll with Fido on the mixed-surface road and view the interpretive signs and Canal Boat Site. Finish your day with a snack at one of the tables in the park. Your fur-baby may come along if they're on a cord or leash. Make sure you remove your pet's waste.12
