the New Smyrna Beach Golf Course. Living here puts you in a nice central location for just about everything
you could ever need. The homes here are
newer and the neighborhood is well-kept. Being here also puts you
right next door to the beach.
At the same time, you are within five to ten minutes of essential amenities such as grocery stores,
pet supply stores, bars, and plenty of green spaces. The community
is only ten to fifteen minutes from the beach where you will find miles of spectacular
sand to walk on, incredible waves to surf, and the spectacularly warm summer
waters of the Atlantic. Summers here are hot and humid, but the winters offset
this with mild temperatures in the 60s and 70s, ensuring you and your dog can
go for walks every day.
What is the terrain like in Citrus Manor?
Because Citrus Manor is primarily a residential community,
you and your dog should have no problem going for walks. The only times of the
day you are likely to encounter heavy traffic in the neighborhood are during rush
hours in the morning and evening. You will also have to deal with the school buses
coming through. To avoid this, all you have to

Do keep in mind that Wayne Avenue is a bustling road serving a number of residential communities and it
