Golf Course. Living here puts you within an easy
driving distance of a fabulous selection of restaurants serving up a wealth of

away as are dog parks, but there is a large island just off the west bank of the
Halifax River with a footpath out to it

For anyone who is new to the Daytona
Beach area, the summers here are to die for and consist of weeks of blue skies and temperatures
in the 90s. Living here in the winters is even better. December is warm enough
to go for walks on the beach and January is the coldest month, but it only goes

streets in town. Luckily, you are close to the west bank of the Halifax River and a small
