as there is a Brevard County Sheriff's Office on the south side of Polk Avenue! For
neighbors, you have the Cape Canaveral City Hall, the City Library, and the City
Clerk's Office and that's just within one block!
For shopping and dining options, there are a few restaurants and stores
along A1A, but if you go south on this highway, there is a Publix within
five minutes of your home and the central
shopping district is only a few more minutes south on the West Cocoa Beach Causeway.
If you go west on the causeway, it will take you to Merritt Island where there
is a Walmart Supercenter and the Merritt Island Mall.
