Old Ranch Road
True to its name, the Old Ranch Road neighborhood in Park City is home to many ranches and sprawling estates in this desirable neighborhood. Along with convenient access to many local trails, this is also where you will find the Willow Creek Dog Pond. One of the things that makes this park a favorite for dog owners, but especially for dogs, is that it's a great spot for dogs to swim! The pond is fenced-in and it's the perfect place to help your dog cool off on a hot day, and let's face it, the only thing more fun than catching a Frisbee on land is catching a Frisbee in the water!36

Trailside Park
Trailside Park is the place to be for recreational activities in Park City! From mountain bike trails to a skills park and athletic fields, you'll never run out of things to do! While there are many dog owners who live in this area, it's also popular with horse owners because the large plots of land allow space to build barns. Trailside Park itself is a 63-acre park where you will also find the bike park and skills park. Within this park, there is a separate, fenced off-leash areas for dogs to roam and play. This newly-renovated dog park is popular with Park City residents and it's a great place to meet other dogs and their humans!24

Park Meadows
Park Meadows is one of the largest neighborhoods in Park City, and it is known for its beautiful private golf course as well as the stunning mountain views it offers. In fact, it's less than a five-minute drive from all major ski hills in the area! You will also find the Recreation Complex in this area, and within this complex is a newly renovated dog park. While it doesn't have separate sections for dogs of different sizes, the park is vast, and there is plenty of room for everyone. The park also features benches, poop bags, and water when Fido needs to rehydrate.12

Thaynes Canyon
Thaynes Canyon is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Park City because it is close to the ski hills, just minutes from downtown, as well as being surrounded by the Park City Municipal Golf Course. This neighborhood also affords you easy access to the Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail, a 28-mile trail that was once a railway line but has since been converted into a walking or riding trail. Your dogs are welcome to join you on this trail provided they are on a leash, and you will both love all the wildlife you'll see and flowers you'll get to sniff along the way!
