Downtown Etna includes some administrative buildings, a school, residential developments, and industrial buildings. You and Spot can take your daily walk on the sidewalks in this neighborhood. Just south of National Road, you'll find High Point Park. This facility has a paved pathway that circles a grassy field. After you jog some laps around the property, enjoy playing frisbee on the lawn with your fur baby. There are benches around the walkway where you can sit down and share some refreshments with your special pal. Make sure that you secure your pooch on a lead and that you collect their waste.

Summit Station

The Summit Station neighborhood in Pataskala is about six miles northwest of Etna. This area includes single-family homes, apartment buildings, public schools, and some businesses. The residential streets offer a quiet place to stroll with Fido. You can also head up the road to Freedom Park to exercise with your canine pal. This eight-acre property has a playground, soccer field, open space, and picnic facilities. Bring a ball or a frisbee with you and play with your four-footed friend here. You'll need to pack some refreshments and waste bags to collect your pup's droppings. Keep them secure on a lead when you visit.

Columbia Center/ Moreland Corners

About four miles south of Etna, you'll find the neighborhood of Columbia Center/Moreland Corners. This area includes a church, single-family homes, and some businesses. Out here, there are some quiet country lanes where you can exercise with your special pal. A furrific place to go with Spot is Thomas J. Evans Foundation Park on McIntosh Road. With 78 acres, this facility offers a variety of recreational options. Take the trail that winds around the fields and through the forest. The property includes 22 acres of wooded land for you to explore with your leashed pup. Carry bags to remove any messes.

Pataskala City Center

Pataskala's City Center includes the elementary school, a mobile home park, houses, and a downtown area with businesses and administrative buildings. Grab a cup of joe at the Depot Street Coffeehouse, then head to Municipal Park on Township Road for an outing with your canine companion. This 15-acre property has a picnic shelter, athletic facilities, and some open areas. Watch a soccer game or walk the perimeter path that follows Muddy Fork here. Pack some lunch and enjoy a meal at one of the tables. Keep your fur baby secure and on a lead while you're on this public property.

Elmbrook Village

Elmbrook Village in Reynoldsburg is just seven miles west of Etna. This densely populated neighborhood has apartment complexes, single-family homes, and some public schools.  You'll find a puptacular outdoor area near here. Put the leash on Spot and head to Blacklick Woods Metropark off East Livingston Avenue. The 643-acre property includes wooded areas, some fields, swamp, and ponds.  There are also pet-friendly picnic areas and pet trails in the facility. Spend time walking or jogging together with your pooch, then stop by a table to share a meal or snack. Restrain your furry pal with a cord or lead when you visit.
