Hillside Wyndover is a pleasant area tucked right along the middle of White Plains. Home to Yosemite Park, it’s an ideal neighborhood for going out and getting some quality bonding time with your dog. The park features a lovely stretch of green and dotted trees surrounding a bubbling creek. There’s plenty of space for your dog to stretch his legs and get in some much needed exercise while you appreciate the gorgeous scenery, so long as you keep him properly leashed. With such an enticing atmosphere, your pooch will never want to leave!

North Broadway is an open neighborhood with a friendly disposition. Home to a small park dubbed Gardella Park, North Broadway is an ideal place for local socialization. With grassy fields and beautiful landscape at your disposal, you can exercise your dog in a place that’s as functional as it is gorgeous. Have lunch at the picnic tables, and make use of the grills, or let your pup run off some energy in the baseball field between games. After all, a dog who can stretch their legs is the happiest dog of all! Just be sure to keep your pooch properly leashed as this is a popular park with lots of activities throughout.

Hillside Avenue is a lovely area tucked right beside the gorgeous Bronx River. While not particularly large, this neighborhood lays claim to a tidy patch of green known as Travis Hill Park. This well kept park features a sizable field, providing ample space for dogs of all walks to run and play to their heart’s content. There’s a paved walkway running through the area for those who prefer a simple leisurely stroll and a fence to keep the area generally enclosed. Your dog will be begging you to take them out to this park!

North White Plains is a unique place tucked underneath the large Kensico Reservoir. This stretch of neighborhood lays claim to Kensico Dam Plaza at the northern end, a beautiful green expanse bordering the lake. This beautiful park features historical buildings, sculptures, and breathtaking architecture along with the usual amenities of grass and trees. The extra depth means there’s a ton to explore, as it adds an element of sightseeing that’s unmatched anywhere else. A lot goes on in this park, including fitness classes, concerts, and cultural heritage celebrations, so be sure to know what’s happening if your dog is spooked by crowds. The Blawn
This bustling neighborhood takes a whole new meaning to high energy. Packed with friendly faces and a beautiful park, the Blawn is an ideal place to take your pooch out for a day of excitement. Delfino Park is over 17 acres of outdoor fun, including baseball fields perfect for running out puppy energy, picnic tables and grills to aid in an afternoon lunch, restrooms, and more. At the southern tip of the park lies the Bark Dog Park, an off leash dog run that features a water fountain,bag disposal, and an area just for small pups to play. All dogs who romp here need to be current on their vaccinations and license tag. With so much room, your dog will be ecstatic to stretch their legs and get in some good exercise.
