Courtney was great! My dog has separation anxiety & is usually freaking out when I get home after being gone all day. But this time, she was calm and happy. She clearly loved Courtney!

Sheana came through when I was in a pinch. I needed someone to let the dogs out because I was stuck in traffic in the mountains. She responded last minute and had excellent communication. She’s the best!

It was our first time leaving Skittles with a sitter, and Daniel did a great job of assuaging our fears! He was super communicative and made sure we knew that Skittles was in good hands. Highly recommend!

Kelli was awesome boarding my two dogs. Not only did she give daily updates with videos and pictures she also worked with them on introducing them to her cat and getting used to her big dogs. Can't recommend enough!

Converseville Road

Converseville Road

Sometimes, you need to get out of the city and enjoy nature, which is just what the Converse Meadow is for. You can bring your dog with you to explore the land as long as he is on a leash. The meadow is home to beaver wetlands, so it is vital that you clean up after your dog. While you are here, you should walk the old mill site. This is the original mill in the area and no one knows exactly how old it is, but it is thought to date back to the late 1700s. There's no running water here, so be sure to bring some drinking water with you.

Route 202

Route 202

Contoocook Conservation Area is home to wetlands, a floating bridge, and plenty of natural flora for Fido to sniff. Pets are welcome to join you here if you keep them on a leash. You will need to bring doggie waste bags with you because you're required to clean up after your pet here. The preserve hosts monthly guided tours as well. There is no running water along the way, but there are several trash cans where you can dispose of your dog's waste. Hiking along the beautiful, tranquil trails here is a nice way to spend a couple of hours with your best furry friend.

Cutter Hill

Cutter Hill

Miriam Hunt Memorial Town Forest is a trail system that will take you about an hour to walk through with your dog. It is part of the conservation land that was donated to the city. The trail can be hard to find as it is literally on the side of the road. You will need to have a leash with you, as well as plenty of drinking water to keep you both hydrated. This trail is mostly woodlands and includes a small marsh area. The trail is open all year long, but it is most enjoyable in the spring and summer months.

Rand Road

Rand Road

Tetreault Park is a 37-acre conservation area that's home to multiple hiking trails. Most of the land is undeveloped, but there are a couple of historic log cabins as well. You will need a leash for your dog. There is no running water here, so please remember to bring your own. You'll also need to bring waste bags and clean up after your pup to help keep the park tidy and safe for the animals that live here. Most of the trails take around an hour to complete, so wear your favorite walking shoes. The trails are mostly shaded, which make them the pawfect place to spend a sunny day.
Sandy Lane

Sandy Lane

The neighboorhood of Sandy Lane in Jaffrey has a town beach where you can bring your dog to play! Sandy Beach's name is slightly misleading; this isn't really a beach, but rather a large pond with crystal-clear water and a sandy bottom. There is a long hiking trail that you will have to navigate to get here and it does tend to get muddy, so be mindful of that. This is the only dog-friendly beach in the area, so it does tend to get very crowded on hot days. You will want to have a leash with you, even if you don't intend to use it.
