Walk for the Animals
Join heaps of other dog lovers and their pets at this much-anticipated annual walk, which raises funds for the Humane Society of Broward County. The centerpiece of Walk for the Animals is a 1.25-mile stroll through the lovely surrounds of downtown Fort Lauderdale! It’s a fun, social way to support a grrr-eat cause, plus there’s also plenty more to see and do throughout the morning. Highlights include live entertainment, a delicious pancake breakfast, lots of doggy activities, and vendor booths selling a range of pet products. While there’s no admission fee, this is the Humane Society of Broward County’s largest fundraiser of the year, so all participants are encouraged to raise as much money as possible!
