Tammy was absolutely exceptional with Archie this week, and I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. Archie has had a difficult few months medically and recently began a new treatment plan following a visit with a veterinary dermatologist, so leaving him was not something I took lightly. Tammy cared for him with such attentiveness, flexibility, warmth, and consistency while I was away, including staying on top of medications and making sure he was comfortable, loved, and well looked after. This trip was personally important to me because I haven t had meaningful time away in quite a while, and knowing Archie was with someone so caring gave me tremendous peace of mind. She was communicative, accommodating, and clearly treated him with real affection and patience. When I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and honestly looked so much better than I expected after everything he s been through. That meant the world to me. Thank you, Tammy, for helping me hold the line this week and for taking such wonderful care of my little guy. We re both so grateful.

sky was so great with kilo she was very punctual on updates with photos and videos and communicative and kilo had a daily medical treatment and she took care of it no problem. i had full confidence she was taking great care of my dog and that he was having a good time while he was boarded would definitely book again!

Tammy is truly exceptional. From the moment Archie arrived, she made him feel completely at ease taking the time to walk him around the neighborhood, help him reacclimate, and create a calm, comfortable environment for him to settle into. It s clear how attentive and intuitive she is with animals. She went above and beyond in every way keeping him on his normal routine, ensuring he was well-exercised with multiple daily outings, administering his medication without issue, and even thoughtfully managing his cone when needed to support his allergies. I especially appreciated how she created a cozy space for him with his blanket and allowed him to stay close while she worked he thrives on connection, and she clearly understands that. What stood out most is how much genuine care and affection she has for Archie. He wasn t just looked after he was truly cared for. Knowing he was happy, comfortable, and loved gave me complete peace of mind. Tammy is reliable, communicative, and incredibly kind. Archie absolutely adores her, and it s clear he feels safe and at home with her. I would trust her again without hesitation and feel so grateful to have found her.
