Dogs' Day in the Garden
The Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix, Arizona, hosts the Dogs’ Day in the Garden each November! Join the festivities at 8 a.m. and stay until 2 p.m. Bring your dog to the garden for a day of fun and flowers.
Don’t forget to stop for photos and browse around the pet-themed market for your pooch’s next toy or treat! There will be live music and an opportunity for doga, dog yoga.
Admission is $24.95 per adult and $12.95 for children between the ages of three and 17. Dogs will require an additional $4 fee.

Unleashed Holiday Bazaar
Join other dog lovers at the Annual Unleashed Holiday Bazaar in Scottsdale, Arizona. Stop by the Omni Montelucia between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. to browse through shops and watch the annual tree lighting ceremony!
The event also features photos with Santa, hot chocolate and roasted marshmallows, carolers, snacks, and much more. You won’t want to miss out on the auction or on the adoptable animals that will be there looking for a new home just in time for Christmas. Adults are welcome to participate in the Tipsy Tails Wine Pull.
Tickets are $29 per person or $49 per couple. You must be registered by November 24. The event benefits the Arizona Animal Welfare League and 30 percent of proceeds goes directly to the organization.

Santa Paws
Each December, join White GSD Rescue for the Santa Paws event at the Doggie District in Phoenix, Arizona. Your pooch can mingle with other pets while you enjoy food, drinks, and a raffle with great prizes! Don’t forget to stop for a photo of your dog with Santa.
The event runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., so there is plenty of time to chat with other dog owners and let your dog meet tons of new friends.
Admission is free.

12k’s of Christmas
This December, step up to the starting line at the 12k’s of Christmas in Gilbert, Arizona. The event features a 12k run, a 6k walk or run, and a 1.2k walk or run. The races start at Freestone Park at 7 a.m.
There will also be carolling, a Christmas Bazaar, Santa’s Pet Village, and more fun happenings that you won’t want to miss out on! Don’t forget to stay for prizes and awards.
Registration for the 12k event is $55, the 6k is $50, the 1.2k is $20, and the virtual run costs $45.
Proceeds from the event will go to the Arizona Pet Project and Maricopa County Animal Care and Control.
Annual Doggie Street Festival
You won’t want to miss the 3rd Annual Doggie Street Festival in Phoenix, Arizona, on January 20, 2018. The event takes place at Steele Indian School Park. The festival starts at 10 a.m. and runs until 4 p.m.
During the festival, your dog can enjoy treats and socializing with other pups. You can munch on snacks, listen to live music, attend guest speeches, browse through tons of great pet products and services, and see special guests. Don’t forget to let your kids visit the art area.
