While Kennedy is officially a neighborhood of its own and is
home to about 4000 residents, this area is small and houses all apartments. Despite that, the area is a paradise for those who love the outdoors. The apartments are dog-friendly and even come with their own dog park,
but the adventurous pup has far more to choose from. There are many convenient
amenities as well. Pet stores and vets are only a short distance away and food
is readily available. There is also more than one dog park within
walking distance.
The climate in Denver is not what most people
think which is a lot of snow all winter long. While this area does get a lot
of snow, it also gets a lot of dry days; over 300, in fact! The arid climate is
perfect for walking, so while you may find a day or two here or there that
requires staying indoors, this is actually perfect weather for
walking almost year around.
